Website and service terms

These terms govern the public Reentry Address website, self-service SafeAddress purchases, report credits, and subscriptions. Signed organization or agency agreements may contain additional terms.

Effective date: July 23, 2026

Reentry Address and SafeAddress are operated by Reentry Address LLC. By using this website, purchasing report credits, or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Informational purpose

The website explains a housing-screening product and related workflow concepts. It does not provide legal advice, approve a residence, guarantee housing, or replace an attorney, court, sheriff, supervising officer, zoning authority, landlord, housing provider, or other authorized reviewer.

No reliance on preliminary results

Any SafeAddress screening result is preliminary decision support. Public datasets may be incomplete, stale, inaccurate, point-based, or unavailable. Do not sign a lease, pay a deposit, move, or make a legal decision based only on a software result.

Plans, report credits, and expiration

A single-report purchase provides one report credit valid for 30 days. A family bundle provides three report credits valid for 30 days. A Professional subscription provides ten report credits for each successfully paid monthly billing period and access for up to two named users. Unused credits expire at the end of the stated period and do not roll over.

One credit is consumed when a preliminary screening is successfully saved. Credits have no cash value, may not be resold or transferred outside an authorized account, and do not include continuing monitoring, legal advice, official verification, or government approval.

You are responsible for entering complete and accurate information in the protected SafeAddress workflow. Do not submit case details, an address being screened, supervision terms, victim information, medical information, or case documents through payment fields or public website forms.

Subscriptions, seats, and cancellation

The Professional plan renews monthly until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed recurring price and applicable taxes. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not extend the current billing period or restore expired or consumed credits.

Team access is limited to named users within the purchased seat allowance. Shared passwords, resale, credential lending, and attempts to evade credit or seat limits are prohibited. Failed payment may place the account in a past-due state and suspend new screening activity until payment is resolved.

Organization pilots and agency agreements

The advertised organization pilot includes up to five named users and fifty report credits for 90 days, subject to a signed agreement, onboarding, payment, and administrator activation. Agency pricing, users, usage, implementation, security, support, and service levels are defined only in a signed agreement.

Delivery and corrections

After payment confirmation, fulfillment or protected-access instructions will be sent using the email entered at checkout. Delivery time may depend on address validation, data availability, manual review, and the completeness of the information provided.

If you entered the wrong address or another material input incorrectly, contact us promptly. We may allow one correction reported within seven calendar days. A correction does not cover a different property, a changed case profile, new legal advice, or a later re-screening.

Refunds

If we cannot provide the purchased Georgia screening capacity, we will provide an appropriate refund. Except where required by law or expressly agreed by us, payments are otherwise non-refundable after a report credit has been consumed or a subscription billing period has begun. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. A refund or payment dispute may revoke unused credits and suspend the related account while the matter is reviewed.

Payments

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms and privacy notice. Prices and any applicable taxes are displayed before checkout is completed. A browser redirect or confirmation page is not by itself proof that payment was completed.

Restricted registry information

Payment for any plan does not grant access to restricted registry identities, exact addresses, conviction details, photographs, or restricted map markers. Any such access requires separate professional verification, a documented purpose, time-limited administrator authorization, and audit logging. Authorization may be denied or revoked independently of billing status.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the service to harass, discriminate unlawfully, or facilitate harm.

Not a consumer-reporting or eligibility service

SafeAddress is not a consumer reporting agency, tenant-screening service, employment-screening service, credit-reporting service, or background-check provider. You may not use a preliminary address result to determine a person’s eligibility for housing, employment, credit, insurance, or another benefit. Housing providers and organizations remain responsible for complying with fair-housing, civil-rights, consumer-reporting, privacy, and other applicable laws.

Authority and minimum necessary information

You may submit information only when you have the authority and lawful purpose to do so. Use case identifiers or initials when a full name is unnecessary. Do not submit victim information, Social Security numbers, medical records, complete criminal-history files, or other sensitive material that the screening workflow does not request.

Intellectual property

The website design, product names, written content, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Reentry Address LLC, except for third-party materials and public-source references. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the public website for its intended purpose.

Third-party sources and links

The website may link to government pages, public datasets, maps, and other third-party services. Those sources control their own content, availability, terms, and accuracy. A link does not create an endorsement or guarantee.

Disclaimers

The public website and one-time report service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reentry Address LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reentry Address LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website or a preliminary report. Organizational product agreements may contain different negotiated terms.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms as the website and service change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
