Common questions
Before you purchase
Does a favorable report mean the address is approved?
No. “No mapped conflict found” is not an approval or a guarantee that the data is complete. The authorized reviewer makes the final determination.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Single and bundle credits expire 30 days after purchase. Professional credits expire at the end of the paid billing period.
Does Professional include restricted registry identities?
No. Payment never grants restricted registry access. A verified professional needs a separate, time-limited authorization for a documented review purpose.
Can I purchase for an address outside Georgia?
No. The current paid screening path is limited to Georgia while coverage is reviewed jurisdiction by jurisdiction.
