Use only limited, non-identifying information.
The current evaluation application may store saved profiles and review drafts in the browser. Browser storage is not a substitute for an authenticated, backed-up case-management database.
- Use initials or a non-identifying case label
Do not enter full names, Social Security numbers, victim details, or medical information.
- Export work that must be retained
Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove locally saved information.
- Do not treat a result as approval
Route the address to the authorized reviewer before signing a lease or moving.
